Backup Bundle

I really like the lash bond and mascara. However, on their website it says free shipping…not so true if you live in Canada. Before I could receive my purchase I had to pay a duty fee of $31.55, for a small package. ,When I asked customer service about it, it was no shock to them. They offered me a free product next time I order. Firstly, I won’t be ordering again and secondly, how can it be a free gift if I have to pay extra money to receive it.
